Prepare and process customers’ invoices. Ensure all completion jobs are being billed accurately to the correct party. Update depot expenses in Excel. Attach vendors’ DO to PO once accurate delivery is verified. Prepare vendors’ bills for Office Manager to process for payment. Record contract workers’ daily attendance & ensure time sheets are properly submitted.

Preparation of medical, decal, transport & miscellaneous claims for workers. Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes. Ensure all documents are kept and filed in proper for quick retrieve. Submission & preparation of training documents. Monitor and ensure all office & depot equipment are serviced / maintained / tested as per schedule. Upkeep service and maintenance & inform the Office Admin Manager on the due date of renewal.

Consolidate Payroll (inclusive of Overtime & productivity incentive). Assist the Office Manager on any admin work as and when required.

Job requirements min diploma qualifications with 2 years' of working experience in administrative field. Familiar with MS Excel. Willing to work in Jurong Island / Depot office environment. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Singaporeans Only.

Other information 8.00am - 5.00pm Mon to Fri (Regular office hours). Company pickup transport provided from Chinese Garden and Bukit Batok MRT.
