Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to join our team? We're seeking a Fleet Data Entry Clerk to support our logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations.

Primary duties vehicle Compliance Checks: Enter daily compliance data into our fleet management system as trucks return at the end of the day. Manual Runsheets Verification Review approximately 40 drivers' manual runsheets each afternoon. Ensure they align with data captured by our truck system, and correct any errors or missing information (e.g., kilometres driven, engine hours, bins lifted, fuel consumption). Runsheets Printing  Prepare runsheets for the following day. Timesheet Scanning Assist with scanning and organizing timesheets.

Requirements  strong attention to detail. Proficient computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
