About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, the Accounts Admin Officer is responsible for effective management of the administration processes with respect to Accounts Receivable within the Arcare finance department.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in financial administration and billing process
Knowledge of office administration and general bookkeeping procedures
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Strong customer service skills
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Proficiency in the use of software relevant to the position
Be reliable, flexible and a team player
Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration

Responsibilities

Responsible for resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform administrative duties as assigned
Means Tested fee letters – Input & Queries
General filing duties
Other administrative and accounting duties as required.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel & Word
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
