About the Company the team at Sharp & Carter have multiple Accounts Payable positions with varying clients at different levels. We have a range of fantastic opportunities if you’re looking for a new challenge. These positions will suit motivated Account Payable or Accounts Officers with a minimum 1 year experience who are excited to take the next step in their career.

The role end-to-end accounts payable, including but not limited to ensure that all supply partner payments are processed accurately. Accurately record invoices, enter & process into system. Process all invoices through company invoicing system. Reconcile supplier statements in a timely and accurate manner.

Create new vendors in the system with a high degree of accuracy. Review of invoice batches to ensure accurate data entry. Upload and process approved expense claims in system. Monitor ticketing system to ensure accounts payable queries are resolved. Identify and assist with Accounts Payable process improvement initiatives. Perform ad hoc tasks as allocated.

The Ideal candidate our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have a desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving skills. 1 years+ experience in a similar Accounts Payable role would be highly desirable. Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship building skills. High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
