Accounts Payable Officer Sharp and Carter Sydney North Shore Accounting Clerical location Sydney. Circa $70,000 + Superannuation.

An open opportunity for a diligent Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy team located in North Ryde. The role would be well suited to a driven candidate who has some experience already, but looking to build up their accounting skills in a fast paced environment. This role sits within a friendly and pro-active team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to matching, batching and coding invoices. Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Validation of invoices via OCR tool. Directing invoices to relevant cost centres.

Assisting processing staff expenses/corporate cards. Maintenance of vendor master data. Reconciliation of supplier payments and inter-company accounts. Assisting with month end closing. Other general finance administration duties.

The successful applicant should have previous experience in an End to End Accounts Payable role high volume invoice processing experience. Excellent communication skills, positive energy. Previously experience using OCR/Invoice scanning tool. (e.g Kofax). Experience using large ERP systems.
