Lawson Elliott are working with a growing automotive client who are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their head office based in South Brisbane.
The role of AP Officer with have experience with Suppliers and Service providers invoice booking on daily basis. Processing payments to Suppliers and Service providers on weekly basis. Uploading of payables on Bank website. Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement on Monthly basis.
Preparing Intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis. Employees Credit Card Accounting & Reconciliation. Creating new supplier’s account. Calculation and payment of GST, PAYG and FBT. Accounting of Income tax liability and deferred tax. Timely submission of information to ATO for Transfer pricing.
