Accounts Payable Officer Sharp and Carter Sydney North Shore Accounting Clerical location Sydney. $32 Per Hour + Superannuation.

About the role an open opportunity for a diligent Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy team working in an Australian company. The role requires the successful candidate to utilise prior Accounts Payable experience to ensure the efficiency of the Accounts payable process is maintained. This will initially be a contract role for 3 months. The role is full-time work from home but note applicants must be based in Sydney/Newcastle/Wollongong regions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to entering invoices into the invoice tracker. Supplier reconciliations. Approving expenses in system Promaster & Dynamics 365. Following up with vendors about status of payment, ensuring details are correct. Raising purchase orders and matching for processing. Other general finance administration duties. Expense management.

The successful applicant should have prior experience in a high volume, End to End Accounts Payable role. Exceptional communication skills, happy to pick up the phone. Reliable, and committed to assisting the team to increase productivity. Exquisite attention to detail as the role sits in a fast-paced environment. Expense management experience highly desirable (Verifying receipts, approving expenses). Previous experience with MS Dynamics 365 / Exflow very advantageous.
