An opportunity now exists to join the dynamic head office team on a permanent basis. Working as part of an Accounts Payable team of two you will be well supported by the wider finance team.

Key responsibilities processing accounts payable. Receipting and entering invoices into the system. Reconciliations. Preparing accounts payable batches. Producing month end creditor reports. Banking and other ad hoc administration duties.

The successful candidate will have 1- 3 years + Accounts Payable experience. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced excel skills. The ability to communicate with different areas of the business. Strong data entry skills. Ability to quickly pick up and learn new systems and processes.
