Accounts Payable Officer FourQuarters Recruitment location Melbourne.

The company an immediate, full time temp to perm opportunity has arisen for an experienced full function Accounts Payable Officer to work with a successful and growing business in the South East of Melbourne. The company has recently undertaken a number of acquisitions and is at the cutting edge of services and products it provides to its expanding customer base.

The role joining the Accounts Payable team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your primary duties will comprise of matching, batching and coding invoices to Purchase Orders (high volume). Managing payment runs. Bank and account reconciliation.

Managing account queries. Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process. Update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner. Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations, credit card reconciliations. Other ad-hoc duties as required by Finance Manager.

About you, you will be passionate about full function AP and obtain around 3-5 years full function experience, high volume and deadline driven environments. The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes high attention to detail. Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines. Hard working team player.
