About The role as the Accounts Payable Officer, you will have a key role in a capable finance team and the wider company. You’ll be responsible for end to end AP ensuring accurate and timely payments to its suppliers.

Key Responsibilities include make accurate and timely supplier payments, cross checking currencies and amounts against reconciliations. Provide remittances to suppliers at the time of payment. Take ownership and perform bank reconciliations daily, resubmitting payments for any bounce backs that may occur.

Handle customer account queries accurately by email or over the phone. Ensure administration systems, processes and standards are maintained in accordance with existing GoSee procedures, contributing to the ongoing development/simplification and automation where possible.

Maintain good working relations with other departments and applicable external stakeholders. Clear communication to the wider finance team upon the identification of issues, IT bugs or potential process improvements. Ad hoc tasks including audits, back up for other finance roles within the team. Support others in any way possible that will help the business achieve its strategic objectives.

About you ability to accurately reconcile and manipulate large data sets within deadlines. Proven Accounts Payable experience with high volume. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Proactive, positive, and flexible approach. Ability to build and maintain great relationships with a wide range of people. Excellent time management skills. High level of attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Dynamics 365 experience is desirable.
