What you will be doing reporting to the Financial Manager, you will be required to ensure all matters related to AP are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. Duties include verifying that invoices possess the necessary authorisation for payment, proper coding, and accurate entry into the Accounts Payable ledger.

Validate invoice pricing to ensure alignment with established contracted pricing agreements. Efficiently process EFT / cheque payments as needed, including the compilation of invoices and remittance advices.

Conduct a thorough review of invoice pricing to match it with contracted pricing terms. Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in collecting and arranging all invoices and remittance advices. Employ outstanding communication and time management abilities to promptly address Accounts Payable queries.

Do you have what it takes to be successful in this role you will a minimum of 2 years' experience in an end to end Accounts Payable role, ideally you will have experience in dealing with a large volume of invoices. This role requires a strong customer service ethos and the ability to work autonomously.
