About the role to manage the Accounts Payable process and be responsible for the daily Accounts payable operations and achievement of self targets.

Key responsibilities technical process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.

Generate reports detailing accounts payables status. Understand expense accounts and cost centers. Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (GST, etc). Ability to self manage achievement of cash payment targets. Keep Peoplesoft updated. SME for ProMaster (out of pocket expense and credit card expense management system). Credit card program compliance.

Knowledge & skills 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience. PeopleSoft/Oracle Experience (preferred). Microsoft Office experience (mandatory). Basic knowledge of accounting (debit/credit, accounting entries, accruals, etc).

Advanced Excel & Reporting Skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Customer Service – Internal/External. Communication and influencing skills. Good time management skills. Good analytical skills. Planning and organizing.
