H2R Consulting is urgently assisting a private company locate 2-3 talented AP / Accounts Payable professionals to join their fun and professional finance team.

The important stuff. These are permanent roles pay $58,000 - $65,000 base plus Kiwi Saver plus benefits. WFH ability to do so once trained and fully capable in the role. Location Willis Lambton. Team fun / cohesive with room for upward movement within finance.

The role broadly involves these tasks process vendor invoices daily, either manually or through the FMIS (system), in accordance with client policies & requirements. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies within deadlines adhering to client policies. Reconcile vendor statements when required. Resolve queries from vendors in a timely manner. Action vendor changes/updates daily when received.

Other project work assist with any ad-hoc finance project work. Be an integral part of the implementation of the new accounting system. Help with the development of new finance processes.
