The role in this role you will support the financial operations of our Organisation by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, creditor payments, and reconciliations. You will work collaboratively within our small Finance Team to smoothly execute the accounts payable function. This is an important role requiring excellence in data entry, attention to detail and liaison with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, or account queries.

Receiving, reviewing and processing invoices for payment. Arranging approval for invoice payment. Preparing a weekly Creditor Payment Run. Liaising with suppliers and staff members to ensure smooth processes. Maintain appropriate processes, procedures and internal controls.

Salary and benefits schads Level 3.1 ($37.35 p/h) | Part-Time (16 Hours Per Week) | $31,073 annually + 17.5% leave loading. Permanent with recurrent funding. Salary Packaging up to $15,900 (superannuation can be paid in addition to this, subject to any ATO limit if any). Experience and Qualifications this role requires experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar finance function.
