Accounts Payable Officer Randstad location Sydney. $40 - $43 p.h.
Seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer for a temporary to permanent opportunity to work within Local Government. This role is 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday).
Responsibilties verify and process all invoices and credit notes in an accurate and timely manner and to ensure compliance with process, controls and GST legislation.
Prepare weekly EFT and cheque payments and ensure the balance is reconciled against the ledger. Maintain accurate records and reconcile accounts to their statements to ensure accurate and correct payments.
What you will need strong background in Accounts Payable. Working experience with Technology One. Experience implementing Ezyscan or similar system highly desirable.
