National, large and growing  manufacturing/distribution business located near Darlinghurst. Scope for one day work from home, supportive and well known organisation.

The role to start ASAP, this full-time temp to permanent opportunity will see you join a high performing account department. This busy end to end AP Officer role will require you to work through high-volume full function invoice processing using SAP. This role will initially start as a full time temporary contract position & convert to a permanent position.

Your primary duties will comprise of invoice processing (high volume) using SAP, Data entry, Supplier recs, Matching, batching/coding invoices to PO’S- 3 way match, Processing payments, Managing payment queries, AP inbox, Managing AP queries, Vendor maintenance on the system, Report on Aged Payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable. Other ad-hoc duties as required by AP Manager.

About you, you will be passionate about full function AP and will possess 2+ years’ Accounts Payable experience and will have the following attributes accurate, high speed data entry skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines. Hard working team player. Good working knowledge of Excel and ideally SAP experience.
