Accounts Payable Officer Private Advertiser location Brisbane. $70 000 - $80 000 + super.
Where you will be working Would you like to work for one of Australia's leading health sector providers.
What you will be doing reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be required to ensure all matters related to AP are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
Duties include ensuring that invoices have the appropriate authorisation for payment, code and input into the Accounts Payable ledger. Check pricing on invoices to ensure pricing is in accordance with contracted pricing.
Prepare EFT / cheque payments as required, collation of invoices and remittance advices. Reviewing pricing on invoices to match contracted pricing. Being highly organised to collate all invoices and remittance advices. Use your excellent communication and time management skills to respond to AP queries in a timely manner.
Do you have what it takes to be successful in this role you will a minimum of 2 years' experience in an end to end Accounts Payable role, ideally you will have experience in dealing with a large volume of invoices. This role requires a strong customer service ethos and the ability to work autonomously.
