Accounts Payable Officer Satterley Property Group location Perth.

We are seeking experienced, diligent and friendly individuals to join our highly skilled Accounts Payable team on a part-time basis. Hours and days of work will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Your key responsibilities will include the end-to-end processing of creditor invoices and payments, performing bank and general account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier details in the finance system.  You will also follow up on issues related to supplier invoices and respond to internal and external accounts enquiries.

A high level of team spirit coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, a willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and the ability to pay high attention to detail are essential to your success in this role.  Confident communication skills and effective listening skills are also considered necessary.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience in an end-to-end accounts payable role. Experience with bank reconciliations and general account reconciliations. Accurate data entry skills and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to use initiative to resolve problems. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team. Previous experience with Timberline accounting software is desirable but not essential.
