We are seeking an enthusiastic accounts payable assistant to join our team. You will work hand in hand with the Finance Manager to ensure a smooth accounts payable function for our firm. You will have the ability to converse with a wide range of clients in a professional manner and have the ability to follow up on enquiries promptly and accurately.
Key responsibilities process payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and credit card statements. Setting up overseas payments. Monitor and share aged payables. Managing the following staff expense platforms: Weel, Xero and Uber for business.
Managing the AP inbox. Setting up new vendors. Daily bank reconciliation. Posting of financial data to appropriate accounts. Contribute to new ideas and is proactive in ensuring we maintain a high standard of quality and processes.

We are particularly looking for accounting degree or similar preferable. High attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management skills. Effective listening skills. A confident demeanor and the ability to interface with clients. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
