Accounts Payable and Receivable Gtk Rehab location Sydney, Parramatta and Western Suburbs. We are looking for someone who has a professional attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to join our friendly team. You will be efficient and able to meet deadlines, with a strong attention to deal and be team focused.  The successful applicant will have at least 5 years’ experience in all aspects of Accounts. Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to) accounts receivable daily allocation of payments, customer invoicing, debt collection, reconciling debtor accounts, handling account queries, monthly reporting. Accounts payable payment schedules and reporting, processing invoices for payment, weekly and monthly payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, new supplier setup, general administration and accounting duties. The successful applicant will have debt collection experience, prior experience working as an accounts payable & receivable officer, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, demonstrate ability to work in a team environment, ability to prioritize own work, and have excellent time management skills, disability sector experience and exposure to ndis portal will be an advantage but not essential.
