Accounts Payable and Receivable FourQuarters Recruitment location Melbourne.

The company if successful, you will be ensuring that all Accounts Payable and Receivable duties including invoice processing, as well as assisting with some reporting and credit card management / expenses lodgement & tracking are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The role your daily tasks will include but are not limited to accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables. Vendor payment runs. Ensure that payment runs are approved in bank by approvers. Reconciliation of Customer accounts and Claims Clearing balances. Assisting Finance Manager to compile all data to satisfy audit requests. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. Support the broader finance team. Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person a desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving skills. 2 years+ of experience in a similar Accounts role would be highly desirable. Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship building skills. High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Experience with MYOB, Xero.
