We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional who excels in a dynamic environment, effortlessly managing multiple tasks with enthusiasm.

Reporting into the Head of Finance and the Senior Accountant your responsibilies will include accurately enter invoices/adjustment notes promptly. Establish new suppliers and sub-contractors as required. Coordinate with the project team to track missing invoices. Address accounts payable queries via phone.

Ensure all trade accounts are up to date. Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts. Process fortnightly cheque runs and urgent payments. Update supplier information diligently.
