Accounts or Administration Assistant Hays location Sydney.
Your new role part-time role (2 -3 days a week). In the position of Accounting/ administration assistant. You will bring excellent customer service, impeccable attention to detail, initiative to problem-solve and multitask. You will provide general administration and accounting support whilst being one of the first points of contact.
What you'll need to succeed the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in the education sector would be beneficial but not essential. You will be required to be confident in your ability, be able to multitask, have high attention to detail and work autonomously to complete all tasks.
Attending to incoming phones. Strong customer service skills. Processing of supplier/ debtor invoices. Accounts payable/ receivable reconciliation. General reception duties as required. Prior experience with XERO would be beneficial.
