About the company TwoScots are partnering with an FMCG business based in the Eastern Suburbs. This organizations is seeking an Accounts Officer to join their Finance Team with strong potential for progression and extension.

Responsibilities include ensure daily mail into Accounts are sorted and batched. Processing high volume of invoices. Filling of all Accounts Payable invoice batches. Timely and accurate processing of supplier tax invoices / adjustment notes, claims and rebates in accordance with Company Policy and ATO Guidelines. Assisting with Supplier Statement reconciliations where necessary.

Skills + experience 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Confidently communicate with both internal and stakeholders. Ability to work towards deadlines. Keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
