Accounts Officer Ultimate signs P and L location Sydney. $75,000 – $80,000 per year.

About the Company Ultimate Sign Installations Pty Ltd (USI) commenced business in 1993 and has now become one of the largest billboard installation company in Australia, offering complete in-house training. We are looking to expand our team and are looking for hard working, reliable & highly motivated individuals to join our team.

About the role this is a hands-on Account Manager role, reporting directly to the Managing Director and Operation Director and you well be looking after payroll, debtors and creditors, doing bank reconciliations, invoicing, data entry and administrative support through to helping with month end and year end reporting tasks with the External Accountant.

You will also work on PAYG and BAS/FBT and Payroll Tax and have exposure to cash flow reporting and ad hoc projects across the business to add value. You will use your SME industry experience to add immediate value and be comfortable in using Excel and systems such as MYOB.

Your profile you are likely working CPA degree or TAFE qualified and looking for a hands-on accounting role to learn and grow long term. Bring some relevant hands-on experience from a complex SME, along with hands on transactional and month end experience and the right attitude and approach.

Your communication skills and the ability to build immediate rapport is essential - this is a high energy and busy culture with lots to do. Potential an immediate start, full time position on a 6 months’ probation period.

The salary depends on experience and a guide is initially around $35-$40ph plus super and longer term around $75,000 - $80,000 plus super for the right skills, attitude and experience and with room to grow as your career and role grows down the track.
