About the role reporting to the Finance Manager and working collaboratively among a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to manage and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for timely payments.
Maintain relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payment and resolve queries. Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to verify discrepancies. Prepare and perform weekly payment runs while adhering to payment terms. Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collections. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or disputes. Support the Finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
About you to be considered as a successful applicant for this business, you will bring a strong grasp of accounting principles and proven expertise in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. With excellent communication skills, you collaborate effectively across teams, contributing to the organization's financial health and operational success.
The ideal individual will have a reliable and positive attitude, a willingness to provide support in a team environment, and have a keen eye for detail. You will have strong time management skills and prior experience in a busy finance environment.
