The Company our client working the maintenance industry is looking to hire a new permanent Accounts Officer, whether you are an administrator looking for a new challenge or have experience with transactional accounting - this could be a role to forge ahead your career.

This brilliant role is very involved and will bring new challenges and rewards each day as you balance a range of transactional and reporting duties alongside your Finance Manager. The role prepare to be challenged by a role where no two days are ever the same. Your ability to balance multiple tasks see you involved in everything from accounts payable and receivable, end to end payroll and Bank/Credit Card reconciliation. Continue your grown by learning to assist with journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliations.

Your Skills & Experience working in administrative or blended role accounts position. Can do attitude, with a strong work ethic and thrives on learning and delivering high quality work. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, standard functions and pivot tables). Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks. Brilliant organisational, written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
