Accounts Officer Private Advertiser location Gosford and Central Coast. $32 – $40 neg based on experience.

About us Coastwide Concrete is family owned concrete supplier, servicing the Central Coast for over 30 years. We are looking for a a reliable person with a can-do attitude and strong accounts payable and receivable experience to join the team at our busy office in West Gosford. The role is 100% office based on a casual basis with flexible, full time hours between 7.30am and 5pm, 5 days a week.

About you, you are someone that thrives in a busy small business environment and is skilled at multitasking and prioritising competing demands and tasks. Able to work both  independently and as part of a small dedicated team with minimal supervision. You are a quick learner with a positive, solutions-focused, can-do approach.

You are resilient and willing to contribute to development and implementation of systems and processes. You demonstrate a minimum 5 years successful experience in high volume accounts payable/receivable in a small business environment. You are a committed all-rounder who is happy to answer phones, process customer orders and perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Essential requirements experience with accounting software MYOB etc. Minimum 5 years in a similar role. Current unrestricted drivers license. Willing to undergo pre-employment medical. Highly Desirable. Experience with Reckon. Qualification in Bookkeeping/Accounting. Start ASAP. Pay rate based on experience.
