With a tight knit team, their directors have an exceptional reputation in the market and excellent staff retention rates. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join the business on a 12-month maternity leave cover.

Duties will include log & Enter invoices. Process payments. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable. Download and send RCTIs. Assist with preparing mid and end of month payment runs. Process credit applications and trade reference requests.

Reconcile bank statements & credit card payments. Manage reimbursement of employee expense claims. Ensure sub-contractor insurances are up to date. Provide admin support to office & onsite teams. Email inbox management. Order stationery & office supplies.

Key requirements previous experience in a similar accounts position. Familiarity with the construction space would be highly regarded. Proficiency in Cheops software would be first preference. Strong attention to detail & accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Effective communication skills.
