Accounts Officer Westhaven Limited location Dubbo and Central NSW.
Westhaven is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Officer to join our team to assist in maintaining core accounting systems and reporting.

About you as an Accounts Officer you will accounts payable and receivable processing. General ledger processing & bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. Undertake administrative tasks with the Financial Accounting processes. Assist the Financial Accountant with reporting duties. Liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders for claim processing.
You will have knowledge of accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations and general ledger processes. Experience using financial systems, completing reconciliations and report writing. Competent in the use and application of Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to work collaboratively in a team where boundaries, responsibilities and requirements are constantly changing. Ability to manage work within set deadlines.

Requirements of the role current NSW Driver’s licence. Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC). Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC). Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check.
