Working days Office Hour / Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Location Sin Ming.

Job scope maintain accurate financial reports and statements. Perform month-end closing activities. Maintain and prepare full set of accounts. Responsible for AP function, AR function, GST, Payroll, P&L, accounting ledgers. Prepare consolidation of accounts Prepare GST quarterly submission, monthly CPF contribution. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions within the required timeline. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and monthly P&L statement. Any other ad-hoc duties as assign by management.

Requirements minimum Diploma in Accountancy, finance or its equivalent. Has at least 1 year experience in handling full set accounts. Detail oriented, able to multitask and work independently with tight deadlines. Required to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates and vendors. Meticulous with good analytical skills. Able to work under pressure and meet accounting deadlines. Able to start work immediately.
