Accounts Clerk Private Advertiser location Sydney.

About the role we are experiencing rapid growth and require an Accounts Clerk to join our Accounts Team. This is an initial full-time 12-month contract with the potential to become a permanent full-time role. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will help ensure all accounts and administration related obligations are met in a timely manner.

Duties manage data in Salesforce and Xero, including but not limited to reconcile the bank accounts and credit cards. Invoicing and accounts receivable. Bills and accounts payable. End of month accounting. Manage accounts emails and correspondence. Manage relationships of our employees, customers, suppliers or any other stakeholders of our business. Other general duties as requested by the Commercial Manager.

Skills and experience minimum of 2 years experience in a similar high volume data entry role. Salesforce experience preferred but not essential. Xero experience essential. Certificate IV in bookkeeping or similar qualifications. Strong communication skills. Positive minded individual.

Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail.
