The role main responsibilities will include processing cheque and receipt requisitions, drawing and distributing cheques, processing general ledger invoices, sorting internal accounts mail and filing, petty cash reconciliation and distributing cheque list, processing write offs, journals and trust to office transfers, using arcs collection system. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience using aderant legal software, a service oriented focus with the ability to professionally liaise with all internal and external clients, the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
