Accounts Assistant location Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Thomson, North. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Machspeed. Education Level Diploma. Agency Payroll, contract period 3-4 months. Responsibilities perform daily accounting function for both ap & ar, attend to vendors enquiries, verify, key in and reconcile ap transactions, liaison with external vendor pertaining to receivable matters, responsible for issuance of payment, track expenses and prepare relevant reports, preparation of all related record(journals, ledgers etc), assist in month-end closing and support in audits, monitor and keep vendors record to up date, ad-hoc assignments assigned by the manager. Requirements minimum diploma in accountancy or equivalent with at least 2-3 years working experience in accounting, must be proficient in microsoft excel, 5 days’ work week, salary range $1800, location amk.
