Accounts Assistant Architectus location Auckland.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Accounts Assistant to join our Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland Studio. We are a design led practice with proven ability to make great architecture and great places.

The role managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payments, and collections. Conduct bank reconciliations, month-end reconciliations, and assist with tax filings. Assist with payroll processing and monthly/fortnightly payroll tracking.  Maintain a job register for MYOB. Drive weekly and monthly review of timesheets.

What skills are we looking for a minimum of at least 2 years accounting experience, preferably in a professional services office. Proficient computer skills, especially Advanced MS Excel proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite. AT qualification or similar preferred.

Experience with MYOB and ipayroll preferred. Attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills. The ability to work collaboratively and independently. To be self-motivated and able to stay-on-task to completion, adhere to deadlines.
