Accounts Assistant Hays Accountancy & Finance location Sydney, South West & M5 Corridor. Join an established & structured company based in Revesby. Work with industry professionals & develop your knowledge, permanent & full-time opportunity, exciting role for an experienced accounting candidate to join a wonderful company. Your new company your new company has been established and leading NSW for over 40 years. Their finance team based in Revesby require an experienced Accounts Assistant to join on a permanent & full-time basis. This role is to commence immediately. Reporting to the finance manager, you will be required to undertake a variety of accounting tasks high volume invoice processing - matching, batching and coding, reconciling creditor accounts and company expenses, resolving discrepancies, processing eftpos payments, following up on queries, allocating incoming payments, processing rebates and making payments, posting journal entries and gl maintenance, ad hoc finance and administration duties. To be considered for this role, you must have minimum of 2 years experience performing the duties above, qualifications within accounting - diploma or bachelors, good systems knowledge (micronet is highly desirable), immediately availability to interview and commence this role, excellent communication skills and a hands on work ethic.
