About the role the purpose of this role is to support the immediate team and the wider business with all tasks related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

What you’ll be doing you will be responsible for the following work areas accounts Payable and Receivable Transaction processing. Responsible for processing out of pocket and credit card expense claims through Concur. Complete daily and monthly receipting for all Kiwi Property properties.

Process manual invoices, credit notes and adjustments. Completing reconciliations for debtors and gift cards. Raising general ledger journals for banking. Processing all sundry invoices for leasing. Preparation of daily gift card reconciliations and payments.

About you and your experience accounts Receivable or Payable experience in a high-volume environment. Knowledge of general accounting procedures. Knowledge of office administration and procedures. Ability to build strong relationships within and across the teams. SAP experience desirable.
