Some More Information About The role the Accounts Assistant role is to fully support the Credit Controller and Office Team to ensure customer accounts are maintained and reconciled to a high standard ensuring top quality customer service.

This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week, ideally over 5 days). We can offer full flexibility to work from home, but you will ideally be available over core working hours to connect with the team.

Key duties handle Customer enquiries/complaints and ensure effective interactions with customers at all times. Ensure speedy resolution of credit enquiries and other queries, ensuring appropriate escalation of errors/issues.

Support the Credit Controller by escalating unpaid invoices back to them for follow-up with the customer. Ensure data integrity is maintained at all times through the appropriate use/management of all related systems – SAP / Sales Force.

Liaise as needed with Sales Team on new customer process flow. Take on other general accounting duties such as basic reconciliations. Support the maintenance of Compliance in the Department.

So Who Are You And What Is Your profile you have core technical skills across transactional accounting and a passion for providing high-quality customer service. You will be communicating with customers by phone and email (by nature their customers are very busy and excellent time management is essential). You will have intermediate-level Excel skills and preferably have used SAP and Salesforce previously.
