Cosmos Clinic Group is on a look out for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant with previous experience in bookkeeping. Attention to details is crucial for this position. Working closely with the Finance Manager and the team, Accounts Assistant eventually will be looking after a number of entities and performing duties as per below daily sales upload and reconciliation between pos and xero, ap control, weekly payment runs & building relationships with vendors, everyday bank account reconciliation, credit cards reconciliation, processing of refunds, petty cash reconciliation, support finance manager, previous experience working with xero is preferred, but not essential, Intermediate Excel skills is a must.
