Accounts and Payroll Administrator Jireh Christian School location Auckland. $28.89 – $30 per hour.

Jireh Christian School, located in Avondale, Auckland, is a state integrated full primary, with a roll of 300 students. A willingness and commitment to uphold and contribute to the Christian Special Character is preferable.

Key responsibilities fortnightly payroll run. Payment processing. Data processing and Bank reconciliations. Invoice management.

Key Experience required knowledge and experience with Xero Accounting software. Familiar with using ASB Fastnet Business. Desireable but not required - Knowledge of Edpay and MOE Payroll Systems, eTap, and Kindo.

Who You are a great communicator with previous finance administration experience. A keen collaborator to work with senior leadership team, teachers, accountant and auditors. Innovative - to assess current processes and make improvements where required. Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
