Accounts Administrator Comfloor Ltd location Auckland. $55,000 - $64,999.

This is a pivotal role within the office offering variety – there is a strong financial and accounts aspect, mixed with office administration, reception,  customer service and operations. We are a respected flooring company looking for a friendly customer focused person with proven experience in a similar role.

This position involves reception and administrative functions, data entry, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting (to trial balance) and wages.  This is a great varied sole charge role that will suit someone who has strong communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.

You will ideally have a strong accounting background and good knowledge of MYOB.  We are looking for someone who can use their initiative, is able to multi-task, prioritise and who has a helpful and enthusiastic work ethic.

To be successful in this position you will need minimum 5 years relevant experience in New Zealand. Great communication skills and telephone manner. Previous experience in accounts reconciliation and financial reporting.

General office, administration and accounting skills. Intermediate MYOB and MS Office computer skills. Initiative, flexibility and willingness to help out. This position is varied, situated at the reception desk and with primary responsibility for reception – in person and on the phone. Processing MYOB, MYOB Payroll and GST.

Daily and monthly debtors and creditors. Managing accounts payable, receivable, invoicing. Credit control. Banking reconciliation. Word-processing and data entry. Sales and project support. Logging in material deliveries. Operations support. Mail, general administration and office support.
