Accounts Administrator Realty Group location Bay of Plenty.

We are looking for a highly organised Sales Accounts Administrator to work within our Finance team, some of the daily tasks are but not limited to; trust account receipting and reconciliation, property sales review and sales pay-outs, Xero bank reconciliation relating to property sales, administering salespersons contractor pay runs, responding to enquiries, monthly reporting and assisting with month end tasks.

You will be joining a fun hard-working team led by our supportive and knowledgeable Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have, 1-2 years’ experience in an AR/AP or entry level accounts administration role, experience working with contractor pay runs and strong attention to detail, a passion for systems, including excel and Xero, along with being organised and enjoy being a team player.
