Description

Our client is looking for a friendly, energetic and pro-active person to join their tight knit team, based in Onehunga, Auckland.

The Role:

Two days a week (Tues, Thurs or Fri)
9am - 4pm
Temporary with an option to go permanent
ASAP start
Job Description - Your responsibilities will include:

Managing accounts payable and receivable
Maintaining accurate records including data entry
Completing bank reconciliations
Ensuring costs are allocated to projects and cost centres accurately
Regular monitoring and reporting
Payroll
Completing GST returns
Other administration/accounts-related tasks are involved
Working closely and providing administration support to directors

Your Strengths and Experience:

Experience using MYOB or Accounting right
Proven experience processing and filing GST
Minimum 3 years administration experience
Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritise key tasks
