Accounts Administration or Reception Berryman Real Estate location Auckland. $30 per hour.

Strong understanding of Accounting Procedures. Efficient time management and multi-tasking. Proficiency in MS Word / Excel – Client management systems a bonus. Great attitude /. Friendly positive personality. Team player.

We are a boutique family owned and run real estate and property company with over 70 years experience looking after all things property in Auckland. Our New Lynn offices are handy to Train / Buses / NewLynn Mall and free parking closeby.

Berryman’s carries out registered valuations, Residential Sales and Property Management / Renting; Commercial and Industrial Sales / Leasing and Management / Body Corporate. We have an excellent supportive ‘no drama’ team and we are looking for another team player to join us.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in administration and accounts with proven ability to use initiative and be pro-active.  We have a client contact element (via phone / email and some reception) so good written and live communication skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include dealing with Landlords / Tenants / and ‘walk in’ clients in a polite and professional manner. Answering phones and assisting Property Managers. Processing invoices / paying suppliers and Landlords.

We use Palace software for our property management and accounts – knowledge of Palace is a bonus but not required – full training will be given. Drafting basic professional letters, issuing trust account receipts, collecting / distributing daily mail. General office duties.
