Accounts Administration Altitude Tours location Otago.

We are a locally owned and operated Queenstown tourism group that proudly runs two award-winning companies, BLACK Queenstown’s premier luxury tour operator and Altitude Tours a small group, big adventure company taking people into Milford Sound, Mt Cook, Glenorchy, Gibbston, Central Otago and travel/tour solutions for the C&I and events industry.

We are looking for someone who has worked inside the tourism industry to join our team in an accounts administration role that will also work in our reservations & logistics department. We believe in systemising the extraordinary and personalising the ordinary. Throughout Covid, we have created new tours and experiences and have set ourselves up for the return of tourism.

Key tasks reconciling Xero. Accounts payable. Accounts receivable. Assist with payroll. Processing enquiries & bookings via phone and email. Delivering a premium customer service experience.

The ideal addition to our team has worked within the tourism industry. By nature works hard and gives it their all. Is positive in nature. Well organised with attention to detail. Experience with Xero or an equivalent system. Knowledge of Rezdy or similar booking system is advantageous but not essential. This role is full-time and current NZ work visa is essential.
