Accounts Admin First Call Nursing location Sydney. $40 – $50 per hour.

This is a permanent part time position approximately 2 to 3 days per week and occasionally extra days/hours if needed. Days & hours are flexible. Friendly and competent person required as a team member of a small office.

There are a variety of duties so the ability to step in and support our team when needed is essential. Must be a reliable self-starter and be able to work autonomously. Some knowledge of NDIS & Aged Care desirable but not essential. A high level of confidentiality must be maintained.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to data Entry. Bank Reconciliations. Various General Ledger Reconciliations. Assisting with Month End & Year End processes. Regular & Annual Payroll Reconciliations & Management. Accounts Payable & Receivable. Preparing monthly IAS & quarterly BAS lodgements.

The successful applicant will have minimum of three years Bookkeeping/Accounts experience. Proficient knowledge of MYOB Accountright Plus. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word. Very strong reconciliation skills.

Payroll experience excellent multi-tasking & organisational skills. High level of attention to detail and communication skills. Certificate IV Bookkeeping preferable. We are offering a competitive salary package negotiable on experience.
