Accounts Admin Aston Carter location Sydney.

The organisation an exciting opportunity has just risen to join a globally recognised company located in Pymble. They are seeking great talent to join immediately or a one week notice period. You will be working very closely with industry professionals. You will have the opportunity to work with highly talented and motivated employees across the region. This is a permanent position paying $60,000 plus superannuation.

The opportunity this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Administration Assistant/Purchasing Officer who wants to expand their skills within a dynamic working environment. This organisation will equip you with all the skills and resources to be successful in this fast-paced.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to manage contracts and follow up on corporate leases as well as adjust contracts and investigate on cost issues. Assist the Accounting team with resolving any outstanding salary deductions e.g. missing salary allocations, incorrect funds received. Assist with general administration duties including invoicing, raising of purchase orders, reporting and budgeting. Liaise with the Claims department to address expense claims, account balances and approve expense claims.

Experience and Skills required previous experience in Administration, Accounts or as a Customer Service Officer. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding time-management and organisational skills with MS Office experience. Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude with the ability to provide high quality work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task, able to work autonomously and in a team with a proactive approach.
