The appointment supporting a wide range of national and international clientele you will be the go-to person for anything finance and administration related. We are seeking a motivated, hands-on and self-directed individual to join a close-knit team to contribute to success.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day finance tasks including verify invoices for accuracy against purchase orders and delivery dockets then coding the invoices for processing. Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements. Managing the accounts payable system, including AP mailbox, supplier details and record of payments.

Business support function, liaising with department managers. Maintain the asset register, including recording acquisition, depreciation, disposal of assets, insurance, registration, and maintenance records. General assistance to the General Manager – Finance, as required.

The appointee to be successful, you will have high attention to detail and organisational skills. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport with various levels of stakeholders.

Experience using an accounting software, MYOB is preferable. Continually looking to improve processes, procedures, and the efficiency of the team. A friendly, positive and professional approach.
