Airtec is the preferred supplier of digital tyre inflators to all of the major oil companies and tyre servicing industry. They provide vehicle mass management solutions and real-time on-vehicle weights monitoring for the transport industry.

About the role Airtec Corporation is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join our team based in our  Noosaville, QLD office. Airtec Corporation requires an Accounting Coordinator to assist with the accounts payable and receivable of Airtec’s digital tyre inflation product, on-board mass product and spare parts throughout Australia and the Pacific ensuring efficient financial operations.

Key responsibilities ensure accurate maintenance of customer and supplier accounts. Generate and send invoices directly to customers. Reconcile bank statements regularly. Upload supplier invoices into Airtec’s ERP system. Ensure payment to suppliers is within due dates. Follow up on overdue and doubtful debts with account holders.

Our ideal applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the professionalism to maintain and build customer and supplier relationships and accounts. The ability to work within the executive team across several locations.  An excellent understanding and experience with bookkeeping.

The applicant must be highly organised and dependable and be able to prioritise a busy workload. As well as having superior interpersonal and communication skills, you must also have managerial competency and be able to support the objectives and values of both the company and the executive(s) you work for.

2-3 years of experience in Accounting. Good communication skills - written and verbal. A focus on continuous improvement. Approach tasks with a proactive attitude to problem solve to achieve desired outcome/s. Ability to work autonomously.
