Position overview we are offering a casual Accounting Assistant position to assist with various accounting tasks on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work hours while gaining valuable experience in the finance sector.

Key responsibilities assist with processing and managing accounts payable and receivable. Assit with Employee claim settlements. Maintain accurate and organised financial records. Perform data entry and filing tasks. Help with administrative duties related to the finance department.

Qualifications relevant qualification or studying towards a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with accounting software (MYOB or similar). Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and adapt to varying tasks. Effective time management and organisational skills.
